Joining Varsity Vault is a straightforward process, here's how it works:

• Fill out the form below. If we feel like you meet the requirements you will receive an email or DM via Instagram from us about moving forward with the process.

• We require a guarantee of sales, as there are no upfront costs for athletes.

• The process is the same for both NIL and Non-NIL athletes, but NIL athletes receive 0-33% of profits based on sales.

• NIL athlete payments are processed in the first week of every month. Its up to the athlete to contact us for payments. 

• We collect pictures from the athlete and ensure all logos are approved for merchandise.

• Our graphic designers then create a high-quality graphic that meets your expectations.

• You will need to add the link to your Instagram profile.

• You must promote your merchandise by sharing it on your story and encouraging sales.
